I gradutated from Colorado School of Healing Arts with my 700hr massage therapist certificate, sports massage certificate, and my Associates of Occupational Studies. I specialized in cranial sacral, advanced neuromuscular, and reflexology for my AOS degree.

I personallize each massage to each client's body for that specific day. I have a vast amount of knowledge from all of my training and will use different techniques depending on what I feel will help release the muscle.

Personally, I love the outdoors! I like to go horseback riding, canoeing, rock climbing, ice skating and much much more! Kyra is my german shepherd mix that I love to death.
